Our extremely robust Reject Conveyor stores up to six reject PCBs after inline inspection. Passed PCB assemblies continue down the line, while failed PCBs are held for review. Optionally a touchscreen monitor and review station PC can be added to integrate with our AOI products, like the Falcon Inline AOI, to automatically display rejected boards with the failed areas highlighted on screen, enabling easy and efficient corrections to be made.
