Built around a premium, custom developed X-ray technology system, the XC-3100 brings automated counting to component formats long considered difficult to verify by eye cutting manpower needs, reducing stocktaking errors, and improving traceability from the very first scan.

The system is built around an 80kV (limited to 50kV) enclosed X-ray tube and a 17×17-inch dynamic flat panel detector, achieving counting speeds of 6–10 seconds per 4 reels on CHIP 0201 components, with an accuracy rate of up to 99.99% and a miscalculation rate of ≤0.01%. The X-Ray tube’s 40° radiation angle and copper casing deliver superior heat dissipation and radiation shielding, while the 1717XN detector’s direct-growth caesium iodide (CsI) scintillator and 100µm pixel size support imaging at up to 3072×3072 resolution with 139µm imaging precision – detecting parts as small as 01005.

What truly sets the XC-3100 apart is its versatility across component types and packaging formats. Tubular, reel-packaged, bagged, tray-packaged, and loose components are all supported, with single or multiple inventory counting selectable to suit your workflow. The multi-reel stage accommodates material reels up to 430mm (4–17 inch) diameter, 92mm height, and 10kg weight, while inductive printing material labelling and optional automatic QR code reading streamline data capture and virtually eliminate mislabelling.
