In addition to the standard features, the Prey Falcon offers complete program compatibility with the Merlin Offline AOI, the software interface remains the same across both platforms, the offline programming software and the rework software so no retraining of operators or programmers is required when switching from our previous systems.
Our bespoke, in-house developed software features a unique Analysis button that allows the software to work with you and train component fluctuations with ease. This feature combined with our Optimise button allows you that have very tight control on your pass rate tolerances meaning you can drastically reduce any false calls.
